Hello, I'm a passionate HR Professional with 10+ years of experience, an HR degree, SHRM-SCP certification and am currently employed with a mission oriented, women owned, niche staffing firm, FlexProfessionals Boston, as their Candidate Manager. I focus on the recruiting side and interacting with candidates, getting them ready for the job market and placing them in our open roles. I have a European background but have lived and worked in the US for over 20 years. My earlier years in HR were focused on international HR, expatriate and other global mobility programs, establishing HR in various countries, immigration and compensation. I love the variety and complexity that HR provides and how it affects the strategy and bottom line of every business.
